1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Coverage

Zaffrone (“we”, “our”, “us”) currently ships domestically across India and internationally to selected countries, subject to applicable shipping laws and regulations.

1.2 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

1.3 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery time: 3 to 6 business days
  • Orders above ₹1499 are eligible for free shipping.
  • Orders below ₹1499 will incur a standard shipping fee of ₹79.

1.4 International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to selected countries.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 7 to 12 business days.
  • Customs, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

1.5 Delivery Delays

Zaffrone is not liable for delays due to external causes beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays, or courier strikes).


2. Returns & Refunds Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Return

Customers may request a return within 5 calendar days of receipt, provided the product:

  • Remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Is accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Zaffrone’s quality assurance team.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety purposes, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or tampered saffron jars.
  • Products not stored as per recommended conditions.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling post-delivery.
  • Food Items: Please note that food items are non-refundable.

2.3 Return Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must:

  2. Provide order details and reason for return. Visual evidence (photos/videos) may be required.
  3. Upon approval, customers will receive return instructions and shipping information.

2.4 Refunds

Upon successful inspection and approval of returned items:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Zaffrone reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the return criteria.
